By agreeing to these terms you agree to abide by the rules and restrictions set by Drawlive, L.L.C. during the production of your scheduled reel session:
Account Registration: To use our service, you must register for an account on our website. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, and to maintain the confidentiality of your account login information.
Content Guidelines: We reserve the right to review and reject any content that violates our guidelines, including content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines, and to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.
Deposit: In order to reserve a spot for an actor reel creation session, a deposit may be required. The deposit amount will be determined at the time of booking, and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by our company. In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled session, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
Payment: Payment for our services is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by our company. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and PayPal.
Intellectual Property: You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to our service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display the content in connection with our service.
Limitation of Liability: We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our website, and we will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our service or your violation of these Terms of Service.
